How to install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 in Text Mode

Here are the basic steps for installing RHEL8/CentOS8 in text mode:

1. Boot from RHEL8 installation media
2. Press TAB while in the GRUB boot menu
3. Add the option "inst.text" to the end of the GRUB boot line
4. Press ENTER to continue with the normal boot
5. Make your selection from the text menu. 
6. Perform configuration and return back to the main menu by pressing the c key. 
7. Once ready, begin the RHEL 8 installation by pressing the b key.

The default installation mode uses a GUI. Enjoy!
