Migrating an organization’s IT resources to the cloud is a complex process that requires strategic planning and project management to ensure a smooth transition. Finally, the management phase ensures ongoing support, optimization, and security in the cloud environment. Proper project management throughout this process ensures that organizations can enjoy the full benefits of cloud technology, including scalability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency, without compromising performance or security. When done correctly, cloud migration enhances business operations and opens up new possibilities for growth and innovation.
